Budget Open Forum

All homeowners are invited to join us on Tuesday, October 25^th at 7pm in the Tower 1 Banquet Room to review the budget draft for 2017. Currently the budget draft envisions an average increase of $3.55 per month unless the Earthquake Insurance vote passes in which case the increase on average will be about $47/month. The results of the Earthquake Vote will be announced. Currently we only need 6 more ‘yes’ votes to trigger the purchase of $50 million dollars of Earthquake Insurance. Wine and hors d’oeuvres to be provided! Hope to see you there!
