Mask Coverings

Stemming from Governor Newsom and The California Department of Public Health’s requirement that all Californians wear a face covering while outside of their home (i.e. in areas where they may interact with non-household members), the Board of Directors passed a resolution requiring all residents to wear a face covering.

This emergency rule will be in effect until October 19, 2020 (unless rescinded sooner or extended via formal rule adoption).

Emergency Rule: “Residents are required to wear face coverings at all times when in the Common Areas of the Project, including hallways, stairways, elevators, etc.”
