P3 Parking Level Project Update

Phase 3 of the resurfacing project will begin on Monday, August 28th at 5pm, which means that all visitor spaces must be cleared by 5pm. Vehicles remaining will be towed on Tuesday morning at 8am. Phase 3 should conclude on Monday, September 11th.

Note that the Seaside Gate will be closed during the 2 weeks of Phase 3 and there will be no visitor parking available so please plan accordingly since all guests, vendors and housekeepers will have to park offsite. If you will be allowing anyone to park in your parking space you will need to meet them at the Chestnut gate to grant them access with your garage remote and show them where to park.
