Washer/Dryer Installs

Please be informed that the Association has adopted the following rule. Please keep this in mind if you are planning to purchase a new washer and/or dryer.

“For new washing machine installations, a washing machine drip pan must be installed in an effort to contain any minor leak. When replacing a washer (or the washer hoses) stainless steel braided hoses with metal connectors must be used.

The installation of the stackable washer/dryer must allow sufficient room to be able to access the secondary lint trap. Alternatively, the unit owner may choose to move the location of the secondary lint trap at their expense to allow for access.

Please be informed that all water supply lines must be checked annually and serviced or replaced as needed. If hiring a vendor for the installation or replacement of the washer hoses or any water supply lines, only pre-approved plumbers or appliance vendors may perform the work.”
